Free Bayer Seresto® Flea and Tick Collars for Dogs

              Seresto® – the flea collar that prevents fleas and ticks for up to 8 months.

When: April 20, starting at 10AM. Event ends when we run out of flea collars.

Where: Troy Area United Ministries, 392 2^nd St., Troy, NY

 Who can Participate? To obtain a free Seresto collar for your dog, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and accompanied by your dog.

Show Photo ID.

Bring written Proof of Financial Need Earning less than $30,000 a year (Medicaid/SSI Award letter, Food Stamp Card, 1st page of income tax return).

******Please note: THERE IS A ONE COLLAR PER HOUSEHOLD LIMIT.

At this clinic,

Your dog must be leashed at all times.

You are responsible for handling your dog safely and humanely.

Uncontrolled or dangerous animals and people will not be allowed to participate.

Limit of one collar per home.

Information about free vaccinations and spay/neuter will also be available.

This Event is for Dogs 8 weeks of age and older Only.

Cats will be served at a later date. Notice will be provided.
